Alli Barton, the founder of the Collectively Bare movement is joining us each month with a mindfulness workshop that is designed to enhance the rawness within individual beings.
The Collectively Bare movement aims to bring individuals together to share and connect on a deeper level to achieve like minded goals of strengthening our bodies and minds.
Within these workshops, Alli will be encouraging healthy mental and physical rituals to enhance mental health. These mindfulness teachings aim to expose individuals to their full potential through wellness, yoga and mindfulness activities.
At its core, Collectively Bare aspires to teach members of our community to function at a supreme level as they experience opportunities of self-growth and an increase of self-awareness.
